OUR PHILOSOPHY

The word press refers to the Zen term shin-in, which means to press a stamp on one's heart. 
It is to communicate to others from the heart, free from language and ideas.
It is to press one's emotional interior stamp on others. 
I feel that this resonates with how I wish to work with my fellow artists and designers, to press and leave a mark of some significance. And I wish to share the sensation when you encounter something beautiful, as to how it can touch and leave a mark on people. This is the type of project I wish to encounter with NAHOKO PRESS. I hope we can create such encounters.
